1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Houise mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Eligibility

To use Houise, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 13 years of age
• You must be a resident of India
• You must provide a valid email address for registration and verification
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered email address
• No payment, deposit, or entry fee is required at any time

3. Game of Skill

Houise is a game of skill where the outcome is determined predominantly by your knowledge, attention, and strategic decision-making. It is not a game of chance and complies with applicable Indian laws regarding games of skill.

4. Free-to-Play Model

• All games on Houise are completely free to enter
• No entry fees, registration fees, or participation fees are charged
• Prize money is funded through Google AdSense advertisement revenue
• Users may be required to watch advertisements during gameplay
• Revenue from ads is used to fund cash prizes and maintain the platform

5. Account Registration and Verification

5.1 Registration Process

Account creation on Houise is simple and free. To create an account, you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy
• Be at least 18 years of age

Note: We do NOT require:

• Username or password creation
• Phone number verification
• Any payment or deposit information
• Social media account linking

5.2 Login and Email Verification

Houise uses a secure email-based authentication system:

• To log in, enter your registered email address
• A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your email
• Enter the OTP to verify your identity and access your account
• OTPs are valid for 10 minutes for security purposes
• You must have access to your email to log in each time

5.3 Email Verification for Withdrawals

• Email verification via OTP is required before processing any withdrawal
• This ensures the security of your winnings and account
• Verification links and OTPs expire after 10-15 minutes
• Keep your email account secure and accessible

5.4 Account Security

Since we use email-based authentication:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account
• Use a strong, unique password for your email
• Enable two-factor authentication on your email if available
• Do not share your email OTPs with anyone
• Houise staff will never ask for your OTP

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 General Rules

• Players must follow all game rules and instructions
• Games must be played fairly and honestly
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software is strictly prohibited
• Multiple accounts per person are not allowed
• Collusion with other players is prohibited

6.2 Game Participation

• Games start at scheduled times displayed in the app
• Players must join before the game starts
• Once a game begins, players cannot leave or rejoin
• Winners are determined based on game completion and accuracy

7. Prizes and Winnings

7.1 Prize Distribution

• Prize amounts are displayed before each game starts
• Prizes are awarded based on game results
• Multiple winners may share prize pools as specified
• All prizes are subject to verification and compliance checks

7.2 Withdrawal Methods

You can withdraw your winnings through any of these methods:

• UPI: Transfer directly to your UPI ID
• Bank Transfer: Direct bank account transfer
• Gift Vouchers: Available platforms include Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato, Myntra, and others (availability may vary)

7.3 Withdrawal Process

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹100
• Email verification required before every withdrawal
• No KYC verification required
• Processing time: Typically within 6 hours, maximum 48 hours
• Gift voucher codes will be sent via email and displayed in-app
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings

7.4 Tax Deductions

• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted as per Indian Income Tax laws
• Currently, 30% TDS is applicable on net winnings exceeding ₹10,000 per financial year
• TDS certificates will be provided for your tax filing

8. Advertisement Viewing

• Users must watch advertisements as part of the free-to-play experience
• Advertisement viewing is mandatory and cannot be skipped except when allowed by the ad provider
• Users may not use ad-blocking software while using Houise
• Advertisement frequency may vary based on gameplay

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Engage in fraudulent activities or money laundering
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Reverse engineer or attempt to hack the App
• Share your account with others
• Manipulate game results or collude with other players
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
• Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• You provide false information
• You engage in prohibited conduct
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, any pending withdrawals may be forfeited, and you will lose access to your account and winnings.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on Houise belong to us
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
• The Houise name and logo are registered trademarks
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Houise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any technical issues, downtime, or data loss
• We are not responsible for third-party services (payment processors, ad networks)
• Our liability is limited to the amount of your account balance
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Houise, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the App
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Infringement of third-party rights

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.

14.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
